Julia leads the events and partnerships programme across the Renovata Group, supporting the origination of executive and interim mandates, building strategic ecosystem partnerships, and delivering Renovata’s events platform that brings together investors and C-suite leaders. A partner and exited co-founder of Cornell Search, Julia brings over 20 years of experience across executive search, in-house talent, and ecosystem development.
She has worked across the full talent spectrum – from C-suite hiring and RPO to early careers – bringing a broad perspective to senior business development and relationship building.
Olena manages the invoicing and accounting flow at RenovataCribb, ensuring that all financial processes run accurately and smoothly. She serves as the main point of contact for all billing-related topics, ensuring transparency and consistency across financial processes.
Luca supports executive search mandates with a strong focus on research, analysis, and data-driven methodologies to identify leadership and key positions. His structured and precise approach contributes to the quality and efficiency of search processes. Alongside completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Kiel, Luca built a strong foundation in executive search at Cribb and has continuously developed his expertise since.
Maren is Managing Director at RenovataCribb, leading senior executive search mandates. She advises business leaders on the definition and appointment of roles across supervisory and advisory boards, as well as executive and senior leadership teams – particularly in the finance, media, retail, entertainment, and travel sectors. Prior to joining Cribb, Maren worked at A.T.
Kearney Executive Search, delivering a broad range of search assignments. Earlier in her career, she gained international experience at Siemens and Thomas Cook.
Mannie Gill is Co-Founder and Partner of Renovata. His practice is focused on conducting board and C-level searches for private equity portfolio companies across internet, eCommerce, SaaS and ad/mar-tech. In addition, he works with public companies on their digital transformation projects.
Jasmine is responsible for managing search assignments and operational logistics. Before joining Renovata, Jasmine spent four years at a boutique executive search firm as an EA and Project Coordinator, building strong operational foundations in a demanding search environment. Prior to that, she worked in New Zealand in a similar role at an executive search firm.
With more than 15 years of international experience at the intersection of intercultural consulting, data analytics, and technology, Esin brings a unique perspective to executive search and organizational transformation. Her background spans academic research, multilingual NLP and AI systems, and strategic advisory roles in complex, global environments. Esin combines her expertise in data-driven analysis and artificial intelligence to actively shape the company’s digital and methodological evolution.
Florian manages office operations and ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of RenovataCribb. As a central point of contact for internal matters, he coordinates administrative processes, supports the team in daily business, and contributes to efficient collaboration.
Thomas Jepsen is a Co-Founder and Partner at Renovata. He has more than 20 years of experience in executive search across the SaaS, marketplace and B2C online spectrum. His focus is working with the boards, founders and investors of high-growth businesses to attract leadership talent that enables their companies to scale.
Simona is responsible for research and delivery of executive searches across various sectors globally. She is committed to finding outstanding and impactful leaders for organisations whilst advising clients on how to mitigate the risks associated with senior appointments.
Annette leads brand strategy and activation, sharpening the RenovataCribb´s positioning through impactful communication, compelling content, and targeted market initiatives. An experienced brand strategist with a sharp instinct for communication, Annette has guided brands and organizations through profound change across geographies and cultures, combining strategic clarity with operational excellence, turning ideas into distinctive brand identities and sustainable growth.
Harry Lewis is Zeren’s UK Managing Director and leads all permanent recruitment divisions across our UK business. Harry joined Zeren as its fourth employee, originally launching and growing our sales business and focusing on GTM functions for businesses across Venture Capital, Growth and Private Equity. Earlier in his career, Harry founded two tech start-ups, securing funding with a UK-wide presence.
Joe is in Renovata’s research team, bringing extensive executive search experience across C-level and Director-level appointments. Prior to joining, he held roles at an international boutique search firm and an international recruitment business, covering consumer, industrial, financial services, and professional services sectors across private equity, listed, and privately owned businesses.
Chris is the CEO of Zeren and Renoir, responsible for setting the company’s strategy and developing the global team. Chris has 20 years experience of leading high-performing recruitment and search businesses, working with clients in USA, Europe and Asia across the Investor and Technology landscape.
Siobhain has seven years’ worth of marketing experience within the recruitment space and has built a strong track record of shaping and leading marketing functions for high-growth, technology-focused recruitment businesses. Having joined in 2022, Siobhain supports all marketing activities across the entire business and plays a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of Renoir.
Leif brings eight years of experience in executive search, supporting companies in filling critical leadership and key positions. Across Private Equity environments, C-Suite mandates, and direct search assignments, he translates strategic requirements into precise search strategies.
