Moderated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/paulwright66\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paul Wright<\/a>, the key questions quickly came into focus: where existing structures are under pressure, how roles are changing, and what this means for the further development of the market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>AI Transforms Work: From Operational to Judgment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A central theme of the evening was how AI is changing the nature of work. While operational tasks are increasingly automated, other skills are coming to the forefront: judgment, intuition, and prioritization. These are increasingly becoming the decisive differentiating factors in organizations.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Next-Generation Talent Under Pressure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The discussion about the next generation of talent also gained momentum.<\/p>\n<p>The current pressure on junior pipelines feels less like a short-term dip and more like a sustainable shift.
