How can it survive in the long term?&#8221; Cribb continues.  <\/p>\n<p>True leadership means creating a corporate culture that inspires and provides direction, especially in uncertain times. Nevertheless, many companies continue to cling to outdated mindsets. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Instead of deploying the best talent with a clear vision for the future, there is too often a reliance on perceived security,&#8221; explains Cribb.
